C-LS + UP: Expansion of the existing Corridor Pipeline System by installing 468.3 km of NPS 42” pipeline for diluted bitumen from the Muskeg River Mine to the Shell Scotford Refinery in Fort Saskatchewan and the related surface facilities. Contract scope includes Spread E of the pipeline expansion, consisting of 30.85 km of NPS 42” running from Quarter Section Line on North Side of North Saskatchewan River to Scotford Refinery.
