PC – R+FEE: Construction and erection services of the third hot and cold strip mill (FAT-3), which is located at the Veracruz steel complex. It includes the cold strip mill facilities (casing, tubing, thermal treatment) and all off-site facilities , which increase the production capacity to 650,000 tons/year of seamless pipes from 2 to 7” diameter, among other installations. The total covered surface of this facility is 119,000 sq. m.
