EPC – LS+UP: Los Bronces Development Project. Transportation System and pumping and choke plants. The project development involves the construction of a new concentrating plant with a total capacity of 87,000 tons/day of copper ore. The scope of works of this contract comprises the construction of the slurry pipeline of 52 km/28” from Confluencia area (STP) to Las Tortolas area. The works also include a water pipeline of 38 km/24” and replacement of 20 km/24” of the existing slurry line. This transportation system also includes the installation of four pumping stations and five choke stations and ventilation and drainage points along the pipeline route.
